Enchanted – A Wellness and Fitness Studio

Health and Wellness take dedication. Being committed to your program is a major key to success. To ensure this we require 24 hour notice on cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

We aim to provide our clients with the highest quality service and pride ourselves on our exceptional results.  If you should cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled reservation time.

The full service fee will be charged to you for missed reservations that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  

Please understand that 24 hours is NOT the evening before. If your appointment is for 9am, then you must call to cancel before 9am the previous day.

Together we are working to create a new, better YOU. This takes dedication and commitment from all of us. Our time, collectively,  is valuable, as is our commitment to one another. Here at Enchanted we will always do our best to attempt to reschedule appointments. We understand that life happens. However, we also have to uphold that dedication and support. This cancellation policy not only supports the time of those at Enchanted, but also the client. It can be easy to give up on ourselves or back out last minute when we are feeling down or lazy. By ensuring this commitment we can often also ensure your commitment to yourself.

Health Waiver Form

HEALTH & FITNESS LIABILITY WAIVER/INFORMED CONSENT
(Below is a copy of the required form to participate in activities with Enchanted)

I, _____________________________, have enrolled in the personalized health and fitness program and/or classes, offered through Enchanted Wellness and Fitness Studio. I recognize that the program may involve light to strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and training, stretching, dancing and other various fitness activities.  I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program. In consideration of my participation in this program, I, _________________, hereby release Enchanted Wellness and Fitness Studio and its agents from any claims, demands, and causes of action as a result of my voluntary participation and enrollment.  I have inspected the safety of all the equipment and assume all risks involved with all fitness classes and programs with Enchanted Wellness and Fitness Studio, including but not limited to:  risk of bodily injury occurring as a result of contact with other participants, instructors, walls, equipment, floors and structural objects located in or near the studio. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of said enrollment and subsequent participation in this program and I, ______________________, hereby release Enchanted Wellness and Fitness Studio and its agents from any liability now or in the future for conditions that I may obtain. Because of the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns unless there is an issue with the product itself. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Returns will be handled on case-by-case basis only. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns with your product.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Some products are made to order. These will be specified. Please allow for an extra 2 days for delivery unless otherwise noted.
